Hi, the Hasty Bride here...

After planning our own traditional-style wedding in 2014, I dreaded the thought of starting our new life together in financial distress. My then-fiance and I wanted our day to be about us without the stress of entertaining 100+ guests. There was nothing traditional about how Charlie and I met, nor how we wound up together. So, why have a cookie-cutter wedding? We planned a non-traditional ceremony under a blanket of Redwoods and it was one of the greatest decisions we ever made as a couple. Without the stress of planning a large wedding, we were able to focus on what truly mattered that day - our love for one another. Later, we moved back to our beautiful hometown of Martinsburg, WV and thought, "this is an amazing place to elope!" Thus, The Hasty Bride was born and nearly a decade of planning quality West Virginia elopements was brought to life.

I'm here to plan the perfect day for you and your partner. My goal and lifelong mission is to ensure the most important day of your life is spent laughing, crying (happy tears), and enjoying one another the way a wedding ceremony should be. Whether you want to marry your significant other at the top of a mountain, next to a creek, at a beautiful Inn, or at the Grand Canyon, I am here to guide you to your perfectly intimate wedding retreat.
